Talentelle recognized by the United Nations
In a keynote address yesterday at the United Nations conference on Adult Education and Women's Condition, Louise Arbour, the U.N. Secretary General, has formally recognized the key role played by Talentelle in improving working conditions for women in over 54 countries.
"This is great news, it will help us to secure more alliances with governments of countries not yet part of Talentelle's international network," said Talentelle Chairman and Co-founder Peter Nguyen.
"Since my sister Zoonie and I created Talentelle 20 years ago, we have always thought of Talentelle as a special community where women can network across corporate and national boundaries and work together to bring about positive change. We made the bet that women all over the world would join forces and work toward empowering themselves and other women as they creatively design and courageously pursue their dream career."
LifeStar Technology generates US$200 million in worldwide sales
LifeStar Technology Inc. (LST), a publicly traded Internet company created by the merging of Talentelle's Life Support Network and Prodex, the world's largest e-marketplace for buyers and sellers of professional services, has generated sales of US$200 million last year.
Zoonie Nguyen (founder of Talentelle), Peter Nguyen (Talentelle co-founder and chairman) and Jennifer Stanford (VP worldwide sales and marketing) jointly own 51% of LifeStar's voting shares.
LifeStar was born from the simple idea that everyone can help everyone else, if every person's real needs were known.
Talentelle created the original Web form in 2006 that launched this life-enhancing innovation: http://lifesupportnetwork.blogspot.com.
StarMaker technology licensed to G12 countries for US$500,000
StarMaker technology has been licensed successfully to countries belonging to the G12 group (the most industrialized countries in the world) at a yearly licensing fee of US$500,000.
The original idea for StarMaker -- a Web-based service offering analysis, assessment and design of a personalized program to accelerate the development of a person's talent -- came to Peter Nguyen in the fall of 2006, when he realized that "from now on, the key to success for individuals as well as countries is no longer knowledge, as Peter Drucker once wrote, but talent -- pure, raw talent that is accelerated using computer-assisted visual-neural interventions."
Interviews with people close to the 57-year-old Vietnamese billionaire, say that Peter confided in them in 2007 that with the first prototype of the StarMaker software, created with a team of internationally recognized neuro-cognitive imaging specialists, he felt he had achieved his goal of becoming the most significant Generation X business intellectual of his time.
Said Talentelle founder Zoonie Nguyen: "Once a country belonging to the G12 bought the license from us, the other members had no choice but to sign up also. Talent contributes disproportionately to productivity and, therefore, to national GDP. Since GDP growth affects quality of life, no G12 government wanted to be left behind."
Talentelle Media Inc. (TLM) exports content into 42 countries
Created in 2008 by Zoonie, Peter and Jennifer, Talentelle Media Inc. is an international consortium of communications firms specializing in offering women seamlessly integrated communications platforms (merging video, email, instant messaging and phone) through which they can express themselves, voice their true aspirations and inspire other women.
Whereas Martha Stewart's organization was about doing things and Oprah's organization was about talking about things, Talentelle Media was all about inspiring women to achieve things.
Talentelle Media revolutionized the world in 2007 when it launched an e-learning program on the Web that taught -- in a highly entertaining and aesthetic fashion -- thousands of women how to set up a blog or vlog (video blog) in order to express themselves as well as their professional aspirations. Corporate America listened attentively as tens of thousands of highly capable professional and managerial women clearly articulated what they expected from a corporate employer.
Odeoforwomen.com, a later version of Odeo.com, was used to broadcast the concerns and aspirations of working women. As a result, corporations changed and became more responsive to the needs of working women. For example, several Fortune 500 companies began to give away iPods to female workers so they could listen to audio training programs while they were driving, commuting or just walking. This audio instructional program was highly popular with mothers, who required more flexibility given the time they had to spend with their young children.
The rich instructional programs (in video and audio formats) were created using an open-source model that allows ANY woman to create instructional content based on her expertise and experience. Computer-assisted methodologies ensured that the content was of high quality and was structured using sound instructional principles.
The popularity and relevance of this content enabled Talentelle Media to export its instructional programs into 42 countries, with 37 more countries targeted by TM's worldwide marketing unit.

Dear Readers,
I hope you enjoyed this glimpse into the future of Talentelle!
Partly fictional, partly prophetic, this futuristic account of what we have achieved 20 years later reveals many plans I have as CEO to fully execute our mission of "providing the best support to women who want to succeed in their chosen career."
I've learned in my life that the only limit to what we can achieve is the limit in our minds.
By explicitly describing a future that could be, we consciously and strategically influence the universe so that the right resources and the right people will naturally come to us at precisely the time we need them.
My main message to all the women who are reading this special edition:
Today's world may be a man's world, but tomorrow's world is YOUR world. A world of limitless horizons and boundless opportunities for realizing one's dream life.
After all, we live only once. Nobody has returned from the dead to prove me wrong! (I hope I didn't offend any ghost out there and that they won't visit me tonight)
We live only once, and all it takes to make a dream come true is the courage to make that critical first step.
Please take a few minutes to join the Talentelle community by filling out this quick form: http://talentelle-adhesion.blogspot.com (don't forget to invite all your women friends!). Thank you.
